By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to the following terms between you the client, and I the artistMake sure to read everything here so we can avoid any misunderstandings.

General Info
♦ Client will receive a full resolution .png file of the completed Artwork, as well as a watermarked smaller resolution .png file for internet upload. The source file will not be distributed, and no physical goods will be shipped.♦ You agree that this commission is for personal use only! This work cannot be used for profit by the client.
(reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints, etc.)♦ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at my discretion.♦ You agree NOT to use the artwork in any ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFTs; blockchain or other for-profit
Order and Payment
♦ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at my discretion. Upon the latter the client will be refunded accordingly. (Detailed in a later segment)♦ Clients are required to provide a clear reference of character that's being commissioned unless it is a full character design commission.♦ Commissions are selected based on how well I can fulfill your request, I do reserve the right to decline your commission if I think the project doesn't fit with my style.♦ Client agrees to pay the invoice in full within Forty-Eight (48) hours through Stripe or through the Vgen platform, in Euros (EUR) after discussing with me about details.♦ An exception to the above term is if Client and Illustrator have agreed on a payment plan, which is only available for services above the total of Two-Hundred (€200) EUR.
Revisions / NDAs
Rush orders / Deadlines
♦ Only two revisions are available while the commission is still in progress. Avoid important changes in the latter stage of the commission, otherwise I will have to charge an additional fee depending on the details.♦ NDAs - Requesting to your commission and the process offline, nothing will be posted on social media by the artist. Client agrees to pay a fifty (50%) percent Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee.♦ Rush order fee is 50% of total commission price. If you have a strict deadline that is within 1 month from slot confirmation, this fee must be paid.
Usage Policy
♦ You may not claim the artwork as your own! And may not alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.♦ You are allowed to post commissioned artwork on other websites as long as credits link back to my website or social media.♦ I reserve the right to stream the creation of the Artwork publicly, and post Works in progresses (W.I.P.s) to my social media, unless asked not to. (NDA fee)♦ The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.♦ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.♦ All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved to the illustrator. Including but not limited to all rights in sketches, mock ups, or other preliminary materials. Illustrator will not seek to resell or re-use the Artwork unless the Client breaks the terms listed above.
Refunds
♦ Refunds will not be available after the commission is finished.♦ If the client cancels the commission, refunds will be paid back depending on the amount of work that has been done:i. Cancellation during the lineart stage: Sixty (60%) percent
ii. Cancellation during the colouring stage: Thirty (30%) percent
iii. Cancellation after the final work being turned in: Zero (0%) percent♦ In the event of a cancellation by the Artist, the Artist shall provide a full refund to the client of any payment that had been exchanged.♦ In the event of a cancellation of either nature, the Artist shall own all rights to the Work, and the client will not be permitted to use said Work.♦ Client agrees to not file a chargeback after the Artwork has been turned in. In the event of a chargeback, the Client loses all rights to any Artwork created, and Artist gains the right to full profit from said Artwork.
Commercial Info
♦ Commercial rights means usage of work on streams, videos and other content, any monetized instances, or selling/reselling work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform.♦ If Client wishes to make additional use of the Artwork outside of the initial agreement, such as commercial usage rights, Client agrees to seek permission from Illustrator and make such payments as are agreed to between parties at that time.♦ The added price is dependent on the type of commercial business you're intending to do with the artwork:
♦ 2x price: art used for social media platforms that generate monetary profit (twitch, youtube, patreon,personal site),
promotional/branding purposes, and game assets.
